Shipping Policy

Route Shipping Insurance is automatically added to your cart when you order. In the event that you opt out of this, Endgame Keys will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products.

After your order has been placed, processed and payment approved, your product will ship via common carrier freight, UPS ground, or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. There is a handling fee for all products that are shipped. Shipping charge is variable and will be determined based on weight and number of boxes. The buyer is responsible for providing an address that these carriers can recognize as a deliverable address. Unfortunately, we have no control over a shipment once a package departs our facilities. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (inaccurate address, carrier issues, etc.) Endgame Keys, LLC is not responsible for the associated damage, loss, or delay.

Endgame Keys, LLC is not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God such as epic blizzards, torrential downpours, sandstorms, any category tornado, or hurricane (this list is not exclusive).

Endgame Keys, LLC will ship in-stock products within 1-3 business days in most cases; please allow an additional 3 business days for engraving, embossing, or any custom orders.

Once again, Endgame Keys, LLC is not responsible if a package does not arrive due to user error or incorrect address. We will not send a replacement package nor issue a refund in this circumstance.
